I finally found a link at RimfireCentral in the Winchester forum. They says the rifle was made in 1905. i knew it old but didnt think it was that old.

Wow, 1905 that Winchester may be worth some coin. Have no idea how you could value it, probably would go for a decent price depending on the condition and any famous owners it may or may not have had in the past.
Certainly a nice piece of Americana.
