Hello everyone I recently acquired a unmolested steyer USR. This rifle is from the first batch and has the serial number 001. I have the original box and original paperwork. Also has the original magazine with matching serial number. Gun has been fired less than 100 rounds. I am wondering how much of a premium the serial number 001 will ad? And how much do you guys think its worth.
*Thanks!
Theres not a scratch on it!!
Low serial numbers and exceptional condition are key, but I don't know of large collector interest in them. It is probably going to be years before there might be serious interest and it may likely be as a variant caused by regulation.
Honestly, I'd say they are lower in value than an A3 now. I base it on the fact that it is a 'neutered' variant.
I have always wondered. Can you thread the USR barrel or use a A1 barrel or is it prvented by law to make changes? Which law does this fall under. Clintons ban sunsetted years ago.
