My first impression is that it sounds like grade A snake oil. Top-secret ammo that was classified by the DOD for being "too lethal?" Dubious claims about .45ACP projectiles topping 2k fps, and being the "fastest known handgun projectile in the world?" I call BS on this one.
For any ammo, take the rated fps, divide that into the barrel twist in turns per foot and you get revolutions per second, times 60, and you have RPMs. Really hot .223 are somewhere around 320,000 RPM. Check the rpms of common pistol cartridges and you'll find them much lower. Just a check on reality.
