Can anyone recommend a gunsmith that can do trigger jobs on the M 40's?

    Thanks

there are no aftermraket parts available. the stuff in the trigger tune up tutorial are the best things i've personally found through trial and error.

those things work well, and aren't that hard to do.

I agree, the trigger tune up tutorial by bigtaco is well worth the read, and if you have the time, well worth the effort. It feels like a totally different trigger now, amazingly smooth pull, and my guess is it did change it to around 4lbs. I don't know anyone with a trigger scale, but I can garantee that it is lighter. I think it took me about an hour to do, but I was watching tv at the same time, so I cannot say that is how long it would have taken me. But with Bigtaco's well written tutorials, its a snap! :!:

I agree with sound25, before smoothing and adjusting my m9 I could feel the creep in the trigger pull and accuracy was disappointing.

Now; much smoother and can feel the lightened trigger pull, and a BIG difference in where that bullet goes! With Bigtaco's tutorial it is very easy to do!
