Well I know with your rifle you're not going to put a piece of junk on it. Have you heard of IOR scopes ? Especially if you're looking at that S&B pm2

Imho, i have a few scope brand I trust. S&b, USO and night force for high end. Hensoldt and some other high end would be on my list if i can find a local store or someone I know actually has one and let me put a few rounds through the rifle.
For mid price range, I always like bushnell over Vortex. Just for the price and good experience. I skip Leupold because it is just too expensive for a hunting scope and not enough tactical features.
Just my opinion.

Just my opinion on this. I feel bushy xrs2 4.5-30x50 glass is as good and may be better than Leupold. More features than Leupold. With street price $400-$500 cheaper, I will take the bushy and save the $$$ for better ammo and training/shooting time.

I know how you feel. I was try to see why to justify spending 2k to 3k on a Opic. I have look at the Ecotech , leupold, S&B , vortec, nightforce, Swarovski, and all of them to the 1000 m mark are good , But after the other weekend I started to see why the cost, the Eotech vs Leupold . Leupold if your going pass the 1k . Both were great up to that point. The glass is what your $$$ for and the company to stand up to there word if it go s south on you.
For me at this Time the choice is S&B pmr2 or Leupold mark 5HD . I need 5x25 or 7x35.

I have a lot of love for luepold but either way I am interested to see your choice and the review. Love the rifle.
