Mr. Apathy, is the Amerc a reference for American Ammo production?? I've got too much of that on hand, though I've never had a problem with it, many of my shooting comrades have light primer strikes.... (light??, dented primer strikes with no ignition).

I've used Ranier for years and have never had a problem with it......I haven't reloaded any Amerc shell casings as yet and probably will think twice and use the others I have......Good info.......................

Just re-read the article again. He is referencing American ammo.... 8-O I'll be shooting mine more carefully..........

That American ammo is crap. My previous department once issued some as our practice ammo. It failed to feed and fire in an otherwise perfectly reliable gun. Stay away from it.

I shoot either WWB or PMC as my practice ammo and have had no problems with it

Don't use this kind of reload ammunition with any gun ......that hurt.
I was involved in this issue, believe me the kb would happend in steyr's as well.
