Those who've been around here awhile know my fondness for the Czech vz58 - 7.62x39mm. Chris Bonesteel (aka Obiwanbonjovi) on the AK Forum is making a new set of front handguards for the vz and I couldn't resist. The order went in in December, they came two weeks ago, and I just got them mounted.
The scope is a HiLux 2-7x32, although over time I'll replace it with either a Burris or Leupold long eye relief scope, it just wasn't in the budget at this time.
