Tactical M40

I recently got my hands on a M40 with an accessory rail. Does anyone know of a quality tactical light/laser that will fit it...and if so, where can I find it? Secondly, I'm looking for holsters for the same weapon and so far no luck. Does anyone know where I can find some that will fit it? Thanks in advance!
