    Hello,

I have a box of +p+ hydrashocks that I bought quite awhile ago. They are 147 grains I believe. I was wondering if it's safe to shoot this ammo as I dont need it anymore. I checked the manual and didn't see any specifics to the use of +p+ ammo.

    Thanks.

    blast away.
don't make it a steady diet or you'll accelerate wear on your springs. Others have shot +p by the case w/ no ill effects.

Great. I figured since the Steyr was built for .40S&W, and since it has a fully supported chamber there wouldnt be any problems. I got 20 rounds of Hydrashok I want to get rid of. :) Thanks.
