At one point, in 2000 or 2001 or thereabouts, I had three Steyr pistols. An M40, M357, and S9. I sold the M40 and M357, but kept the S9. The new M-A1 series were recently certified for California sale, and I had been wanting one, with a redesigned frame. Plus, I got it for less than $400. Here are some photos I took earlier this morning: High-resolution versions can be found here: http://www.praxagora.com/lunde/firearms.html
Very nice pictures of some very nice pistols. In particular I like the how you have captured the small details on the A1 pistol frame like the "MANNLICHER" on the grip.
Very impressive body of work. Great getting up close and personal with all these guns. Answered a question I had whether or not the trigger area was milled out for retrofitting a safety on the A1. Many thanks!
your photo's are always very nice. The A1 is a nice gun in and of itself, getting one under $400.00 is a steal.
One sexy gun, and some NICE Photog work. How in the PRK did you get such a better price than us in the free states?
