Ok I took my new M9 (CDNN) to the range and put 100 rounds through it. I had at least 5 FTEs (double feed).
I have read this thread and am searching, but could someone lay out this problem to me and give me the right people to contact to correct this problem?

BTW the new CZ 75 compact ran flawlessly and is a tack-driver.
