On Sunday morning (16 September), I was cleaning the bolt on my Pro Hunter. I screwed up and turned the bolt shroud too far counterclockwise and fired it. On Monday morning I called SAI talked with Jeff (Warranty). He said to send it to him, I did later that evening via UPS. When I arrived home this afternoon from work (Wednesday the 19th of September) I had a package from SAI which contained the repaired bolt and no charge. Man... that was fast! I live in Athens, GA not far down the road but I was impressed with SAI's commitment to customer service. A big tip-o-the hat and a hearty thank you to the great people at SAI. THANK YOU!
