Who says trap sights take a lot of getting used to?

8-O

They do, actually. But that big honking triangle front sight post is butter.

Make night trap sights, goddamit, are you listening, Steyr?

~90 rounds of assorted Speer, WWB and CCI. 1 FTE, due to limpwristing on single hand strong side firing.

Least snappy .40 I've ever fired. Love it. Doesn't hurt that it's one of the sexiest pistols ever, either.

If you guys havent tried the desantis holster , id say give it a shot with the m series, i use it for my s40. the holster itself was designed for the xd40 sc. Id imagine the barrel end of the m series may protrude a lil bit from the bottom of the holster,as well as the grip is a tad bit larger, depending on how you will carry the firearm , it may or may not be an issue..

Standard leather holsters made for the original M's do not fit the A1's. Both of
my holsters are useless now since I have sold both my M's for 2 A1's. Need
to go to the local Gun Store to try out different brand of Holsters now.

What brand holster do you have on the way?
Fist combo.. belt slide/IWB clip.

FIST needs to work on their web interface a little bit, though. I've heard nothing but good things about their products, but the website and checkout need some work.

Nice Pistol You've Got There Thunderbear.
Thanks.

Nice username. My favorite movie.

Ripped: As far as I'm concerned the SA1s can't come soon enough. I think a smaller package Steyr would rock. How do you like it? Do you have an M to compare it to?

Heck, while you're making night trap sights, make some to fit Glocks and get yourself a piece of that huge market! The two or three Glock owners who have shot my M9 like the traps. I like them myself, but I need nights sooner rather than later, so I'll be getting some PTs through the group buy. If Steyr made night traps I'd be on that like white on rice.
