Did steyr make any changes to the firing-pin or lack of firing-pin safety in the newer guns?


I haven't yet come acrosss a exploded parts diagram so if one is available ina PDF, can somebody send it along or provide a link ?
I've been 2 two gun stores and neither had MA1 to play with

Last question if the 1st question is a NO, can a older slide fit on a newer frame?

I don't think there made any changes to the slide - just the frame, so there still no fire pin safety and I believe the slides are interchangable.

correct, only differences are the shape of the polymer and the lack of a manual safety.
