So what would you say a used M40 (non-A1) with 2 mags (I believe 10rd), box, manual and key are worth?
It appears to be in good shape, but I didn't check it out really well (yet) and am not sure how many rounds have been put thru it.

depends on condition blue book or nra rating.

full strip down check parts for wear.

best deal for buying is the MA1's from cdnn
may be a few gems out there but fairly rare they go for $300-$350.

not a good time to sell unless your strapped for cash.

could sell for as much as $300-$450+
few states could demand a higher price ie California,Massachusetts and Maryland.

Just bought an M40 for a kali friend. Paid $320 shipped for gun, 3 mags, bianchi holster. Was cheaper but bought it before auction ended. I'd prefer the M40. Grips feel the same and the front end is too boxy. Can't imagine how that feels CCW in a holster.
