Welcome to the official thread for the second club postal match. We have the kinks worked out from #1 and are ready to get rolling on #2! If you post here saying that you want to participate you will probably not get targets and will not be elidgable for the prize. You must register buy going here: https://www.steyrclub.com/modules.php?name=Contests The targets will be signed by myself and mailed out to contestants. We will be shooting at 7, 10, and 15 yards. 5 shots at each distance. Top total score wins. Signed targets are due back to me by 1/31/2006. All shipping info will be included in your contest package. ** IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO ACTUALLY PARTICIPATE DO NOT REGISTER ** We had quite a few people register last time and never got targets back after they were sent out. This costs the club money and it is a waste if people don't follow through. I understand that sometimes things happen, but please be absolutley sure before committing. If you have questions or concerns post them here. Good luck! -D
Remember that all target packs must be returned to me by the end of this month (1/31). If you have questons let me know. -D
will shoot mine tommorow and mail by this weekend. we can shoot these using a scoped SA .38 right?? naw it'll be a stock steyr
I still have only received about half of the targets back. I will delay posting the result so that you slackers (you know who you are) can get your targets in... -D
Auto accident (truck meets Alabama white tail). I'm hurtin and won't have time or funds or the car to shoot for a while. Sorry.
Sorry here too....I've had some issues preventing me from going to the range. Targets will be sent this weekend.
I had to disqualify myself, I shot one more bullet then the alloted amount. Why? I don't know Tallying my total wouldn't matter........I'll send it anyway if you want......
All ok, but sucks since I had just made my first payment on the car. No major structural damage but still going to cost me a bit as it came in just under deductible
Better to have the wallet hurtin' than the A$$ hurtin' - but it still sucks! I'm getting audited now and it's depressing me thinking about all the guns I could have bought with just what I paid an accountant to review the situation! Jeff
Isn't it one in the same when dealing with insurance companies??? I know the feeling, just paid a grip to have the fairing and tail on my motorcycle repainted. Cheaper then buying new parts or reporting it to insurance, but expensive none the less...
Alabama white tail in Texas? which one of you was in the wrong state? Might make a sucky vacation story
