I'm looking for a picture of a A1 to see how the tac lights fit on them. I'm particularly interested in the x200b from surefire, but am waiting to find out if they are still sometimes not a true white light.

The X200 is a nice light. Provided the one you get has a good LED it will be very white, almost ice blueish. with almost no yellow.
It will fit perfect using the Glock adapter.

LED type lights have no red in them so they appear very white. They are also excellent for a weapon light.

Why would I need a Glock adapter? I thought the A1 had the standard rail now?

The X200 comes with 2 adapters, one is for the Glock/standard rail and the other is for the military picatinny rifle.
