I tried to learn some of the features of photoshop last night.

Arizona summers are dang hot but, well, maybe if you left it in your car for an hour. Seriously though that is a cool effect. Could you do it to one of those "other" black polymer gun?

LOL! Call it the "G" effect? Heh.

Okay fells, how 'bout these dream machines:

An L-frame for the "old" style pistols. This one's my L9, but could this be a .45?

    Or how about an LA-01?

An SA-01, or possibly XSA-01 (I like this one!):

And the XS9 "snubby" I would love so much to see:

Not only can we dream of them, but PShop lets us see 'em, too.

OMG!! that LA-01 is pure sex. Every one of those looks great! We can only hope for a range of models like that.

a .45 caliber would set the standard for Steyr,,Seems alot of the US market is leaning towards the .45

I personally like the xs or subcompact idea for the 9 and 40. but even at that a compact .45 would be flashy ... just make sure the new rails are on the new ones.. :)
