New member and new to Steyr. Loving this M9 A2!!!

Thanks for having me. Was a little on the fence with getting a Steyr. I'm hooked. Really love this M9 A2!! This is my gir's target. 2O ft with both eyes open. She's a relatively new shooter (less than 7 months). This thing has perfomed flawlessly!! We both are fans now.

Welcome to the forum.
The A2's are great pistols. Mine have run flawless and accuracy is phenomenal.
That is an awesome target group.

Thanks. Yeah this one has performed very well. She loves it and is a natural. Started with zero experience and has just done amazing! The sights are fast. Takes some getting used to but definitely easy to pick up.

The sites are one of the things I really loved about the Steyr. Having to slowly graduate from Bullseye shooting to "combat" shooting, picking up the target then the front site is very easy with the Steyr sites. It is rare now days for me to use the rear site anymore. Target, then front site or front site then target. Front on center mass of target and double tap.
It certainly looks like she is doing great. Tell her to keep up the good work.

Agreed. They're badass for sure. She had no previous bad habits so she was an easy student and learned quickly. She's actually transitioned to shooting with both eyes open. Hell of shot already!
