I recently aqcuired a very well used Steyr S40. Outside looks new, but inside is somewhat worn out - especically around the firing pin area. Was wondering if someone knows where to get spare parts that commonly wear out - firing pin, sear drop plate, extractor, recoil spring assembly. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

    Welcome back DAI.

Have you contacted SAI in Georgia?

I doubt they will send you parts but they will probably look at the gun and work on it for you.

Yeah, it's been a while. :) Good to be back.

Don't get me wrong, the gun functions just fine. I was thinking that if there's spares available (like Glock parts for example) it wouldn't hurt to get couple and replace them myself just to be on the safe side. I don't really expect anything to break any time soon.

I am back to 4 Steyrs agains, - M40, S40, M9A1, S9, soon to be followed by another M40. Yeah, I am at it again. Just can't have enough Steyrs.
