I want to know if anyone has any experience with a Maxpedition Versa Pack or any similar bags? Are they any good?

Maxpedition, while expensive, is great gear.

You rarely can go wrong buying their stuff. usually triple or double stitched. High quality!

let me see if the video I'm thinking about is on youtube.

I cannot find it on youtube, his stuff is broken on there.

You can check out Patrolling Season one from Sean Kennedy on rant media.
He uses the Versipack in EDC. Or used to.

He changes his systems a lot.

Rant does great stuff, but with only one guy editing video's together, they just never get published.

If I could remember what eppisode it was, I could point you in a better direction, but he goes over the uses and quality of it.

IIRC, the only thing I think he said not to do was to not machine wash it.
He had some issues with the stitching or something fraying due to the machine.

Their stuff is generally really good. It honestly isn't that expensive relative to a lot of other "tactical" products. The Versa Pack is oft cited as a good piece of gear on other forums more dedicated to kit - I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to buy it if you are interested.

If you do pick one up, do us a solid and post up a [picture] review.
