Mannlicher Scope?

I am new to this forum and have a question about the scope that came mounted on the Steyr-Mannlicher Luxus I recently purchased. The scope is a 3-9x with what looks to be the German #3 reticle. Under the 3x-9x on the side it has the word, 'Mannlicher'. The scope has a serial number, but no other markings - not even a 'made in ...' I have tried searching for info on the internet and have thus far come up empty. I have included a picture of it and hope that someone here may know if this scope is just a bargain basement brand or at least something mid-range quality.

Those are the one came with the rifle. I never seen one in persons before. My suggestion is take it out and shoot it and see if hold and track good. Is the luxus a 30-06?

My suggestion is to shoot it and see if the scope works and hold 0. If so, have fun with it. If not, looks like it is a 1 inch tube and just get a nicer 1 inch scope to replace it.

It could possibly be a Pecar scope manufactured under licence for Steyr. Pecar are a well made scope with excellent optics. They are however not generally gas filled. By the looks of yours it is in good condition and should serve you well.
