I have an L9-A2 and a C9-A2, and am looking for a horizontal mag pouch for OWB concealed carry. I see pouches for the following Steyr's: M9A1, M40A1, and the S9A1. I'm unsure if those older model Steyrs have mags that are dimensionally the same. My L9 mags have a mag width of 0.855” and front to back is 1.264”, which seems to be between the CZ-75/Beretta 92 mag and Glock mags. Whay sayeth the Steyr Club minds?

All of the Steyr pistol magazines (L, M, C, 9, 40, and 357) are dimensionally the same on the exterior; the S magazines are shorter, but otherwise the same as well. Also, FYI, the older C/M/L9 and C/M/L9-A1 magazines will work in the new C/M/L9-A2 MF (but the A2 magazines won't work in the A-1 pistols; not sure if the A2 will fit in the first-generation M9, as I don't have a first generation pistol anymore). Also, the 40 and 357SIG mags are interchangeable.
