M10-A1
That's a wish, not a legit guess.
As participants on the Inter-tubes, its our duty to speculate. What surprise products do you think they'll roll out or that you'd wish for?"We have a lot of great products that we will introduce in 2014 to celebrate our 150th anniversary, and quite frankly, our new offerings are truly going to take many by surprise,” continued O’Brien. “We have fast-tracked several lines, and we plan to bring some amazingly useful products to American consumers in 2014."
Yup, I missed the boat on it(2014 last made I think)...one or two were on Gunbroker in the last month or so(one of them sold for over $2KI currently own a Steyr M357-A1 and have had it for almost a year. Love it. However, Steyr stopped production.
That, I definitely agree about!!Here is what I would like to see Steyr do...
Put the loaded chamber pin back zt the rear of the slide.
Update the frame design to be modular to fit different polymer grip sizes. (Keep the strong machined subframe!)
Ambidextrous slide lock/release levers, and move them slightly forward. (About 6mm)
Reverseable magazine release (to go along with ambidextrous slide release)
Get rid of the plastic trigger and switch it to a metal alloy.
Offer a safety as an option. (Thimb style preferred or even the inside triggrr guard works)
Offer a barrel conversion system, switch able between 9/40/357sig all on the same side.
A new version chambered in 45acp and 10mm!
A slim compact model, or a unit that the chassis fit into to make a single stack platform.
More Magazines! And magazines in full capacity!
A little more effort by Steyr, and you will grab a huge market share.... The steyr is a better designed firearm than most of the competition... Lets Go Steyr!!!
