    The latest poll taken by the California Governor's office asked whether
    people who live in California think illegal immigration is a serious
    problem:

    29% of respondents answered: "Yes, it is a serious problem."

    71% of respondents answered: "No es una problema seriosa"

    I am only half-laughing since a real poll might not be much different. :lol: :evil:

    While it is LMAO funny, it'd be a bit funnier if I wasn't in California to see the truth of the matter! :shock:

    Joke=funny Reality=scarry

    When I ETSd from the army in '91, I considered staying in El Paso, until I was told by a 20 year old Micky Ds manager that he was not hiring anyone that did not speak fluent Spanish.
    He did not say that he wouldn't hire counter personnel who weren't bilingual. He did not even say bilingual. He specifically said that I was not employable in a minimum wage environment because I was not "Fluent in Spanish".
    To this day I can not think about this without becoming so angry that I am on the verge of tears. At the time, I considered Texas to be the last truly free republic left in the USA.
    This was a rude awakening for me. And, sadly, prophetic.
    From all that I have heard and read, Kalifornia is the worst of the worst.

    And Harry Reid & Co. are trying to sneak amnesty thru again by adding the "Dream Act" to the Defense Appropriation Bill.

    Looks like the nightmare "Dream Act" will not be added to Defense Appropriations.
