You'll need to lube the trigger and the trigger safety (middle of the trigger) - I used a moly grease there and then left it alone, the post and sear, the trigger bar where it touches the fire control module, and the slide release where it touches the same.
If you also clean the slide, then using a viscous lube (like SlideGlide) lube the rails inside the slide. Then remove the slide panel and relube the striker lightly, and lube the extractor and extractor plunger, these should all be either CLP or a dry moly lube, or your favorite flavor, but only lightly, wipe off excess.
