How to aim the m9

Hello. I'm returning to the Steyr family after having the first model. Have the m9 a-1 on the way next week but I don't remember..... how do I sight in the triangle sights for target shooting at the range. Where do I put the tip of the triangle? Etc etc. Thanks for any help?

Well the aiming example worked well. No reset audio or tactile information but it is a short reset for follow up shots though
