·I know that the new Steyrs have the Tennifer treatment but I am curios to hear how the finish itself holds up. What does it look like after holstering a few hundred times? Pics would be great!!! Thanks!!
How does the finish on you M-A1 hold up?

depends on the holster.
so far my steyr's only have wear on the front corners of the slide and nowhere else from holster wear.
the finish on the gun is very similar to parkerizing but finer.
it will wear depending on the holster. tennifer is in the surface of the metal.
a few members have gone with hard chrome.
no reports of rusting but I have seen pics on glocktalk of glocks rusting. not impossible just improbably.
