Should be doable with a brass punch and vise but I would borrow a sight pusher. Don’t know how difficult moving that trapezoidal sight might be with a punch though
I ended up buying an MGW Sight Pro. I replaced two sets of sights and installed a red dot holder on another slide. I found the factory sights all very difficult to get moving.
They have to be pushed from left to right. Use a plastic punch and remove the AllenHead screw from the rear sight 1st. . Also if it's the 1st time doing them there is some super glide under the sight.
