Game vest that allows the "feel" of getting shot

    Wow - I'm sure it's not painful or anything, but it's definitely a step up from the vibration of a controller. I really dig the way they are trying to draw the player into the "game environment" with some of the latest innovations. I'd consider buying one if it was compatible with the right games - I'd probably want to try it first...

    I imagine that playing Quake or something like that late at night with a good surround sound setup and while wearing that thing could give you quite the scare :lol:.

    Saw this last week. Very kewl idea. It uses small air cylinders to actuate the "pokers". The game designers can program the intensity and angle of the shot or stab or whatever. It would make gaming much more intense. There would be consequences for your actions. People would think twice before doing something stupid in a large online FPS game. Imagine everyone playing Halo 3 wearing these. Too much fun. :twisted:
