So I see there is more grip on the new MA over the old M. What else is different? And for those who own both is the new grip that much better that it's worth paying the extra $100-$150 for it? I can pick up a M9 for $300 or a new M9-A1 for ~$425ish. I like the way the new style looks but the cheap ass in me wants to go for the cheaper deal.

I thought the grip angle was the same, 111* if I remember right. The light rail looks cool but I am not going to attach anything so it really doesn't matter to me.

has anyone ever tried to stipple their grip. I did this on a wood grip with a benchmade knife. It came out great. Maybe it could be done with a hot tool.
