Did you even read the post in the link?

We are currently assessing new options for our Classifieds section. The module we were using is no longer compatible with the version of vbulletin we use and it is not being updated anymore. Stay tuned...

There are no classifieds at the moment to point you to. We are working to get this up as soon as we can.
