Anyone ever have any trouble with CCI Blazer .40 ammo? Wally-World had a good price, so I picked up a few boxes for my new M40.

i ran 1000's of rounds of it no probs. prefered it to wwb.

after i replaced my extractor (spring went bye bye) it started giving me problems and i don't use it anymore.

it is a little cleaner and softer than wwb. YMMV.

I've run alot of CCI Blazer through my M-40 and I have to say I've never had a problem with it (knock on wood). I use it mostly for target practice using the .165 gram FMJ rounds and I think its pretty good for the price.

I've run about 1500 rounds of 9mm (at $3.81 a box) thru mine, practicing and shooting IDPA, never a problem.

that's at academy sports, for the aluminum not the brass.

I love Academy. The 9mm Blazer is a loss leader for them. I use it so I can practice a lot, and the aluminum has worked fine for me.
