Arrived today.
Impressions.

1) Bad packaging, shipped in an envelope rather than a box. It could have gotten broken.

2) fit is nice. It does not have the "snap" that Comp-Tac does. I don't think it is as fast as Comp-Tac. But the fit is a bit better overall as it was made specifically for the A1.

Wish I had a digital camera so I could take a pic.

Delivery to LEO's is 3 weeks and it was exactly 3 weeks almost to the day.

I ordered this holster because I wanted an open top Kydex belt loop holster. I would have preffered the Comp-Tac settable cant but it is not available even as a custom item for the A1. It rides really tight to the body.

I have a few Comp-tac holsters.
The Kydex is a bit thinner. The retention point is the trigger guard and it "snaps" when the gun is inserted. The Blade-tech has better coverage of the trigger guard as it is actually made for the A1. Comp-Tac uses a different base holster and then modifies it for the A1 so fit is somewhat of a compromise (not bad at all), just not perfect.

Either brand will fit the ill for a synthetic holster
