I guess its been out for a while but I just found this cool extension for Firefox that adds all the BBCode crap to your contextual menu!

Does lots of cool stuff like making color easier ... just select the copy and right click

also lets you

paste quoting, or select some type and add quote tags.

Same thing with code

you can add smilies with a right click too!
