Anyone with Rem 870/Norinco 982 exp wanna lend me an ear?

Took my 982 out the other day with the Steyr to do some transition drills. The Norinco had been firing well, but it started having extraction problems. And by problems, I mean it straight F'd up. Every shot, Id pump, and the case would either stovepipe, feed back in, or just stay in the port. 2 3/4 winchester 7 1/2 shot ammo.

It looked like the shell was coming back out of the chamber fairly high. Is this just an extractor issue? Or maybe just some kink in the break in phase? Did I not lube or over lube something?

I've had the Norinco (870) for years and never had a problem with it.........
Hope its just a fluke............

Me too. :(
just an update on this:

I replaced the front rivet and ejector spring with real 870 ones and she fires wonderfully.
Good to know that the guns are probably interchangeable............as far as parts are concerned........
