Hello all!! I am a new proud owner of s Steyer S40 A1 and I have to say that I am very impressed with the gun. I took possession of it this past wed and took it to the range today. Put 200 rounds of that white box winchester 100 rnd box without ANY issues at all. It is the most accurate gun I've...

Proud owner of a brand new SA1 .40 How often should I clean this weapon ? The Manual recommendation is after every use. I cleaned it out of the box. Put 50 rounds down range with no problems. Went home and cleaned it last night. It seemed very dirty -took many patches etc.. Perhaps the FMJ 180...

Hi all, just checked-in and happy to be here in good company. Almost two decades ago I fell in love with an SSG PIV, but it was short-lived, because a few years later I cheated on her for an AUG A2, whom I am going to fail for an SSG 08. Do you think I can be trusted?

...and thinking of listening to my inner Scottish heritage voice. Found this and think my Steyr M9 would look awfully nice in it (as well as my legs)! Comes with a custom holster for your firearm. http://www.etsy.com/listing/80167563/trinity-tactical-kilt-shown-in-black?ref=shop_home_feat

Looking at getting a Steyr and I want to know if the S9A1 provides a full grip(can I get 4 fingers on the grip). If not, do they sell a grip extension, or can a Pierce grip for another brand pistol be modified to fit the Steyr?

Ladies and Gentlemen, as of yesterday I am the proud owner of a M9 - A1 (i think). Bought the gun used, but according to the owner it has only been fired 100 times. The condition of the gun supports said claim, as the finish is immaculate and there is 0 wear on all 3 mags. Took it to the range...

Okay here's my Steyr S40 A1 journey. My children ordered a Steyr S40 A1 for Christmas for me on December 21st (What great kids!) It finally arrived on January 23rd. I took to the range on the January 27th. I fired 75 rounds of Federal range & target ammo through it without one hitch. Prior to...

I'm a proud new owner of a C9-A1 I will be picking up on Monday. I originally was looking at the M9's at Cabela's but saw the compact and fell in love with the ergo's and trigger so bought that instead. Now I just need an IDPA compliant holster and 5 or 6 extra mags.
  13. Holsters
Sorry guys and gals, but I do have a stupid question. I have one holster coming from HighDesertLeather coming...an OWB that I ordered for my S9. Now, I will soon be the proud owner of an S40 also. Basically my question is will my new toy necessitate a new holster? I am seeing it is a 3.5mm...

Just got back from a 4-stage USPSA night match. I shot the M9A1 with 17 rd mags, in LTD Minor division. Used the Harries technique for the light. I took 2nd of about 14 in Limited, and would have had 1st except for passing by a target due to bad stage prep on my part. It was quite fun, 3...

Hi everyone. Would anyone help me?. I'm the proud owner of a M9 pistol, that I bought some year ago and consider with no doubt my best pistol (I've also a Glock 31 and a Beretta M9 "Brigadier", but they are NOT the same thing ...). During some range sessions, using reloaded ammo with single base...

Hello All, Just shot my new M9 yesterday. 100 flawless rounds so far. I had the original M9 years ago when they first came out. But problems w/the reset actuator ( I Think ) made it a no-keeper for me. I always loved this pistol & vowed I'd get another someday. This is such a great pistol...

Glad to be a member ave of your website! I do have a question right off the bat! I have a steyr M9 pistol not a A-1 a older one that doesn't have a picatinny rail, just 2 notches on each side of lower. I am wanting to mount a Laser/Light combo, but all I can find fit on a picatinny rail! Is...
  20. Competition Shooting
Had a fun night match with one of my M9A1s with Trijicon night sights. Night matches have made me a believer in the use of night sights for getting hits in low light, where you can see the target but regular sights are pretty hard to see. Results aren't posted online yet, but The MD told me...
