I can't SHOOT straight!

had a steel challenge at the range today, 63mtrs. Shot two out of two. Was then 'video' challenged. Shot two out of two again. Was fun!



The gun was CZ75 SP01 Shadow, 9mm, Sellior&Bellot 124 grain FMJ.

Got a chance to shoot the Caracal C-QS today:

Ammunition: S&B 115gr FMJ, 9mm
Distance: 15mtr in first two targets, 25mtr in third target
Shooting Style: Deliberate fire with both hands, unsupported, standing.

Holes crossed were sighters.

Do you feel like the QS sights were helpful, or a hindrance?

hinderance, yes!
Too much of a hinderance, not quite. The width of the rear sight notch was just right, although the short sight radius is not exactly suited to precision shooting.

Having shot a lot of the 2 LB trigger of CZ 75 TS of late, the trigger in caracal (safe action, spongy, 4.5 lbs) was more of a challenge than the sights.

I could do better with more familiarization though, about 100-150 rounds down range perhaps.
