    Default Appears CA-1's Now Available

Just received the following email from a Steyr dealer. I've been away from shooting for a while, but is this the new Steyr pistol?

    "BRAND NEW STEYR PISTOLS.............

These steyr pistols are just imported to the US.* They are the S series slide with the M Series Grip.* I personally love them; they also have the 3 dot sites not the original triangle sites.** Email me ASAP if you are interested in one.*

    $549.99"

    I received the same email.

I can assure you, there is no such beast as the Steyr CA-1. Never gonna get it.

Now, if you were looking for a Steyr C-A1, those do exist ;-)

Typo aside, I am waiting to hear back if they have the firearm in hand.

Too bad about the 3-dots, I prefer the traps. Price seems reasonable, yes?

    I prefer the Traps also....

Price is as good as you'll get it.

AND, I have purchased from this seller before, and will vouch for him!

Just realized the S-A1's are available again. I might rather have an S over a C.

    Opinions?

Hey guys, these are the Mx-A1 frames we are talking about, not the M frames, right?

So it has a shorter dustcover to accommodate the shorter S slide?

The C9-A1 is an M9-A1 style grip shortened to accept the S9 slide
